- This purpose of this announcement is to notify industry that Solicitation W91260-14-R-0003 was issued on Thursday, 10 September 2015. The final solicitation has been published on the Federal Business Opportunities website as a Modification/Amendment (Notice Type) to the Sources Sought Notice for the Non-Standard Rotary Wing Aircraft (NSRWA) Worldwide Training Support Services (WTSS). All files are contained in the Secure Document Package entitled, Solicitation 1. Please disregard the System Generated Files (0000 Solicitation document and Sections A through M) at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website from the Pre-Solicitation Notice.
