Oakland, CA to Honolulu + 3 Neighbor Islands (Hilo, Maui & Lihue) & Return 2. Oakland, CA to Guam & International Islands (Saipan, Palau/Yap, Chuuk/Majuro & Pohnpei/Kosrae/Ebeye & Outer Islands & Return 3. Oakland, CA to American Samoa/Pago Pago & Return The attached solicitation # 5A-15-A-0006 package includes the following: (1) Statement of Work (SOW), includes attachment(s) (2) Statement of Work (SOW) Addendum, includes attachment(s) (3) Terms & Conditions (Provisions & Clauses) includes attachment(s) (4) Instruction to Offerors for Proposal Submission includes attachments. The contract period of performance will be for four years with no option periods. Pre-proposal conference will be conducted on 9/16/2015 at 3:00PM EST via Web-Ex.
