- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Department of Interior, Las Cruces District Office in New Mexico is soliciting a 100% small business set-aside requirement for one plotter and plotter scanner that can meet the BLM minimum specifications defined in Section C of the Solicitation Body and maintenance agreement; NAICS Code 423420 shall apply to this requirement. The plotter will need to be delivered and installed at the BLM Carlsbad Field Office, NM and the Plotter/Scanner shall be installed at the BLM Las Cruces District office, NM. All questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, John P. McLaughlin, at jpmclaughlin@blm.gov; questions will not be accepted via telephone. In addition, questions will not be accepted after 25 August 2015 at 5PM MST and an amendment will be made after this date answering all vendor submitted question(s) if any are submitted. This requirement is being solicited as a combined synopsis-solicitation and the BLM estimates a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract award around the beginning of September 2015. All responsible contractors may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency to John P.
