- Limited Source Justification Notice of Award GSA Solicitation: ID05150114 Contract Number: GS00Q09BGD0059 Task Order Number: GSQ0515BM0111 eFINANCE, LeaveWeb, and FMSuite Support As prescribed by Section 803 of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2002 (PL 107-107) FAR 16.505(b) (1) and FAR 16.505(b)(2) and DFARS 216.505-70(b) and pursuant to the publishing requirements of FAR 5.301, GSA, FAS, Region 5 is publishing the following notice. The Government has awarded a follow-on task order for eFINANCE, LeaveWeb, and FMSuite Support under the Alliant contract, NAICS code - 541512 Computer Systems Design Services, PSC D307 Automated Information Systems Design and Integration Services. This work is required to support the United States Air Force, Air Force Financial Systems Operations (SAF/FMFSO). This is a continuation of the original effort. This announcement constitutes the only advertisement of this requirement. A solicitation is not available and will not be issued. The award has been made to Jacobs Technologies, Inc., 600 William Northern Blvd, Tullahoma, TN 37388-4729, (931) 393-6429, a large business. The follow-on task order includes the following work objectives. Primary Performance Objectives (Technical) Objective 1 - Program Management Objective 2 - Maintenance and Sustainment Support Objective 3 - Major Enhancement Projects Objective 4 - Testing Objective 5 - Development Environment Support Objective 6 - User Training Support Objective 7 - Contractor Help Desk Support The task order incorporates clauses/provisions in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 05-83, Effective 3 August, 2015. The required limited-source justification is attached to this notice of award, as prescribed by FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D)(1)(ii).
