Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is W91247-15-T-0324 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337215 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees.This requirement is a [ Total HUB-Zone ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2015-09-21 13:30:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be Fort Bragg, NC 28310 The MICC Fort Bragg requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Installation, 1, JOB; LI 002: Conference Table - Conference Table approx. 48" x 168" rectangular wood conference table with slab base in medium oak finish. Shall seat twelve., 2, EA; LI 003: Conference Table ? Conference Table approx. 48? x 144? rectangular wood conference table with slab base in medium oak finish. Shall seat ten., 2, EA; LI 004: Commander Group Bureaus/Wall Lockers/ Personal wardrobe - Bureaus/Personal wardrobe/ storage cabinets shall measure approximately 72" high by 32" wide by 18"deep. "French doors, lockable" Shall have one side for hanging clothing divided by side for personal storage. Configuration of storage area is not defined. Shall have three drawers. All office furniture shall match and made of wood., 2, EA; LI 005: L-shaped Office Desk/L-shaped workstation - L-shaped Office Desk/L-shaped workstation (36?x72? & 24?x48?) - made with durable material that can withstand wear and maintain professional appearance. Work surface made from solid wood, however frame of workstation made of metal., 3, EA; LI 006: Commander Conference Tables - approx. 42? oval wood conference table or round with slab base. Shall match other furniture in offices., 2, EA; LI 007: Command Group Chair with casters - Command Group Chair with casters: Professional executive style office chair. Shall be made of Soft leather. Shall be high back with wide vertically adjustable armrests, tilt/lock, and 360 degree rotation. Shall support 250 lbs. at a minimum. Minimum size 40 to 45?H by 26?W by 25?D. Chairs shall have lumbar support with overstuffed cushioned high backs and headrest to support personnel sitting up straight. Shall match style of executive conference table. Minimum qualifications are the same as Office Chairs with casters., 3, EA; LI 008: Stackable Guest Chair - Stackable Guest Chair. Shall be fully upholstered back and Seat with Metal frame. Upholstery Color - brown or black acceptable. Should be easily stackable (at least 5 high). Shall be constructed of durable material, which can withstand wear, maintain professional appearance and be of modern design. NO plastic or folding chairs. Shall support up to 250 lbs. Minimum size of 23?W x 23?D x 30?H)., 24, EA; LI 009: High Back Chairs with casters for Conference Room Table - Color: Brown or Black. Must support up to 250 lbs. Minimum size of 26?W x 25?D X 45?H., 22, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MICC Fort Bragg intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC Fort Bragg is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com.
