- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to solicit and award a year contract with FileOnQ on a sole-source basis under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 6.302-1. The purpose of this Acquisition is to obtain FileOnQ licensing, maintenance and support and enhancements to the currently deployed proprietary FileOnQ system.
