- This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). The source is: Engility LLC 7420 Mission Valley Rd San Diego, CA 92108 NAICS 541512 Business Size: Large. The contractor is required to provide JRE software with (1) laptop and 1 year 24/7 help desk support. Engility is the sole proprietor of JRE software and support. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
