- The US Army Contracting Command, APG, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the Warfighter Directorate intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) only one responsible source to RUSSELL'S TECHNICAL PRODUCTS, INC., HOLLAND, MI for a retrofit of the cooling/heating system. RUSSELL'S TECHNICAL PRODUCTS, INC. is the only company that provides this proprietary the equipment required.
