- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9124C-15-R-TRNG and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-77. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430 with a small business size standard of $11M. This requirement is a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: The Maneuver Center of Excellence has a requirement for Leadership Development training for Brigade and Battalion Commanders located on Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Contract will be for a base year and two option periods. RESPONSIBLE SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Technical Proposal (See instructions in clause Attachment 2) 2. Pricing which identifies the requested services unit and total price. (See Attachment 3) 3. Point of contact to include: Representative name, phone and fax number, and email address. 4. Prompt Payment Terms. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Destination by Government BASIS FOR AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer that is determined to be most advantageous to the Government. The acceptable proposal with the lowest overall price that is technically acceptable will be deemed the most advantageous to the Government. Offerors are advised to provide their best terms from a price and technical standpoint as there may not be an opportunity to revise their proposals. Technically Acceptable - Proposal clearly meets the minimum requirements of the solicitation Technically Unacceptable - Proposal does not clearly meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation OFFER ACCEPTANCE: Proposal MUST be valid for 60 calendar days after submission.
