- This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation, with a base and four option periods, for one NSN. The NSN is 1680-01-321-4695, Cushion, Seat, Aircraft, IAW Boeing (CAGE 88277), drawing J119126, Rev F dated 05/09/1996, part number J119126-501. This item will be solicited as an Unrestricted procurement, using Other-Than Full and Open Competition. FOB Destination. Estimated Annual Quantity is 1220 each. This will be a stock buy contract. Origin Inspection is required. Final delivery for the production units is 100 days or best possible ARO. This item is a Critical Application Item. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. PPIRS-E-Proc applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is September 7, 2015. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about October 19 2015.
