- solicitation The contractor shall p rovide clinical psychological and educational evaluations for home-schooled students diagnosed with Dyslexia, ADHD and Anxiety disorder enrolled in the Fort Knox Schools, Fort Knox, KY. Work will include review of referral information, provided by the Case Study Committee and or Student Support Team, observation of students, conferences with special education teachers, regular teachers, related service providers within the educational environment and parents.
