- PR 0058859408. Request for Quote SPE4A6-15-R-0881, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for NSN: 5975-01-616-5806, Mounting Base, Elect. NSN is a noncommercial, part numbered item and the approved source is SRC TEC INC CAGE 4GHA7, P/N SRC 2198-4. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures. The purchase request quantity is 300.00 each. A 100% Quantity Option is not applicable. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Delivery: FOB Origin, First Destination transportation applies Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Required delivery is 150 DARO. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation on August 31, 2015. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Certified Cost or Pricing data is required. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on September 2, 2015. The solicitation issue date is September 21 st, 2015. The closing date is October 23 rd 2015. The estimated award date is November 1, 2015.
