- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation response date to 5:00PM EDT, Wednesday, September 9, 2015, as well as to offer a site assessment to all interested parties, as detailed below: Offerors may inspect the site where services are to be performed in order to better assess all general and local conditions that may affect contract performance, to the extent that any related information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. A site assessment will be held with prospective Offerors as follows: Place: Social Security Administration Robert M. Ball Building (Entrance 12) 6401 Security Boulevard Baltimore, Maryland 21235 When: Wednesday, September 2, 2015 Time: 2:00 PM EDT A list of the attendees to the site assessment must be provided, via e-mail, to Larry.Sneeringer@ssa.gov by no later than 11:00 AM EDT on Wednesday, September 2, 2015. For security reasons, individuals not on this list may not be granted access to the facility. Each vendor is limited to no more than two representatives. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY SITE ASSESSMENT SCHEDULED. All questions arising during the site visit will be handled in the same manner as the inquiries in provision E-11 of the solicitation.
