- RFQ162AW01/Schedule Floor plans for Building 1249 & 5616 The 502 nd Contracting Squadron, 2250 Engineer Street, Ste# 1, San Antonio, Texas 78234-7740, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 517110, Wired Telecommunications Carriers, with a Small Business size standard of 1,500 employees. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83, effective 03 August 2015. This Request for Quote (RFQ) for Internet and wireless service and is being solicited full and open in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price base year contract with four option years in support of the 502 FSS. The current provider is Time Warner. This requirement is to provide internet and wireless service to Buildings 1249 and 5616. The requirement is for 46 desktop computers at Building 1249 (Rooms 106, 115, 1 st and 2 nd Floor lobbies) and 13 desktop computers at Building 5616 (Room 106). The two buildings are completely separate. There is no request for additional end user, NOC support, portal, splash page or content filtering. There is a drop-ceiling in both buildings and a floor plan has been provided for each building. Quotes must be in the format provided in the Schedule on the attached RFQ162AW01. Offeror must quote on an all or none basis. Questions are due by12:00 pm on 8 September 2015.
