- The Department of Clinical Investigation at Tripler Army Medical Center has a requirement for 900 FitBit Flexes. The Fitbit Flex is a rubber wristband with a concealed sensor that tracks activity. The device is worn on the wrist at all times to track number of daily steps, distance, calories you have burned, active minutes and sleeping patterns. The Fitbit Flex will sync statistics wirelessly and automatically to computers and leading smartphones. It is commonly used to track activity levels and set personal wellness goals.
