- JUSTIFICATION The Department of Commerce/National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration/National Environmental Satellite Data and Information Service, intends to award a sole source intends to award, on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Teledyne Paradise Datacom 328 Innovation Blvd., Suite 100 State College, PA 16803 Phone: 814-238-3450 to provide for repair of Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPA) (3 ea) for the Wallops Heritage Antenna systems located at the Wallops Command and Data Acquisition Station (WCDAS). The period of performance is 60-days from date of award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334519. Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing, which has a business size standard of 500 employees. This is not a solicitation for competitive offers. However, if any other interested party believes that it can meet the requirements, it may submit a statement of capabilities, which if timely received, will be considered by NOAA. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation for offers. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including cost, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product to Joel L. Perlroth, Contracting Officer at Joel.L.Perlroth@noaa.gov by September 14, 2015 no later than 1pm EST. Any information submitted to this notice of intent is voluntary.
