- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1 entitled, quote mark Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements quote mark, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Government's intent to award a sole-source purchase order to Dutch Valley Supply Co. The Government has a requirement for the repair of BARCO HD 30 quote mark Display. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical capability and price. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial items. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders --Commercial Items 52.222.50, Combating Trafficking in Persons. 252.211-7003, Item Unique Identification and Valuation. 252.232-7003 - Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Agency. All submission and any questions regarding this request must be submitted via email to:john.w.manurs.mil@mail.mil. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in it offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. Delivery is FOB Destination, 30 days after the date of contract award. Delivery Address: US Army RDECOM, SED RDMR-BAW, Jennifer Cason Building 6263, Hackberry Road Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5260 Proposals must be submitted to John Manurs via email at john.w.manurs.mil@mail.mil no later than 9 September 2015, 1600 CST. Questions must be submitted to John Manurs no later than 8 September 2015, 1600 CST. All questions will be answered in an amendment to this solicitation and distributed to all interested vendors.
