- Replace aging air-conditioning systems in five buildings with energy-efficient systems at the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) located in Kings point New York. Please see statement of work for all the details of this procurement. The awardee will be required to be registered and current in Sam.gov. This procurement is set aside for small business. Amendment: The due date for submittal of quotes has been extended to September 18, 2015 at 2 PM Washington DC time. HVAC technicians are not required to have NATE certification as stated in the statement of work.
