- Two (2) paralegal support to respond to a broad Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. EPA Region 10 received a FOIA request in June 2014 for, in part, all documents relating to or referencing 'the Pebble project,' all documents relating to or referencing EPA's document entitled 'An Assessment of Potential Mining Impacts on Salmon Ecosystems of Bristol Bay, Alaska,' and all documents relating to or referencing an actual or potential Clean Water Act Section 404(c) action relating to the Pebble project and/or Bristol Bay.
