- Amendment 0004 09/02/2015 Issued Amendment 0004 to extend the closing date to 09/24/2015 and provide answers to site survey questions ** 7/01/15 Issued Amendment 0003 to extend the closing date to 8/12/15. 8/3/15 Issued Amendment 0004 to extend the closing date to 9/22/15. *** 7/01/15 Issued Amendment 0003 to extend the closing date to 8/12/15. *** 6/01/15 Issued Amendment 0002 to provide additional site survey information *** 5/27/15 Issued Amendment 0001 to provide a revised purchase description and establish a date for a site visit. *** DLA Aviation Richmond is issuing a solicitation to procure three closed loop water jets, including installation and training for the systems. The solicitation will result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with completion required in 365 days ARO Request for Quote SPM4A8-15-Q-0026 is Full and Open Competition. A complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB-14-11-1054 including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination with Inspection at Origin and Final Acceptance at Destination The solicitation will issue on 02/02/2015 and close on 03/03/2015. Award will be issued under the guidance of FAR 13.5 as part of the Time to Award Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This synopsis serves to meet the requirements to post solicitations as the RFQ is NOT available on DIBBS. A copy of the solicitation is attached.
