- Gate location Base access form SOW This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotation. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a)(13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912K6-15-Q-2037 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $15Mil. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; All incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-83 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20120119. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM); if registration has not been accomplished the web site for registration is http://www.sam.gov. Payments will be made through Wide Area Workflow(WAWF). QUOTES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 3PM, EST, 15 September 2015. SUBMIT QUOTES ELECTRONICALLY, FAXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. A site visit will held on September 9 2015 1 pm est. 2701 eastern blvd. Baltimore MD 21220. Gate entrance is on 11 Lynbrook rd. Baltimore Md. 21220 meeting location- CE Conference room.
