- RFP SAQMMA15R00529 and Attachments This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; technical and price proposals are being requested. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. The Statement of Work, provisions, clauses, attachments and proposal instructions are attached to this announcement. Quotes will be accepted by hand delivery or email. Late submissions will not be considered. The burden of insuring the Vendor's quote is received by this office, within the stated timeframe, is the responsibility of the Vendor. All quote must be valid for 30 days from the closing date for this solicitation.
