- Solicitation CDRL's PWS SCA Wage Determination Bid Schedule The service provider shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies in support of the Education and Training function as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB), tenant units, and geographically separated units (GSU) as defined in PWS Appendix A1. Because much of the work in the PWS is typical in the commercial industry; all work, services, and operations shall be performed to commercial industry standards to the maximum extent practicable.
