- The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington, intends to issue a solicitation for a contractor to provide vocational training services for the Northwest Joint Regional Correctional Facility (NWJRCF), JBLM, WA. The contractor shall provide instructors and state approved curriculum for four vocational education programs, as follows: Carpentry (Millwork and Cabinet Making), Barbering, Horticulture/Landscaping, and Small Engine Repair. A complete performance work statement (PWS) will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation number is W911S8-14-R-0011. The solicitation will result in a single award. The applicable NAICS code is 611210 Junior Colleges and the small business size standard is $20.5 million. This procurement will be a full and open competition. The anticipated contract period of performance is a phase-in from 1 November 2015 thru 30 November 2015 with a base period of 1 December 2015 - 31 October 2016 and four (4) one-year option periods (Option Period 1: 1 November 2016-31 October 2017; Option Period 2: 1 November 2017-31 October 2018; Option Period 3: 1 November 2018 - 31 October 2019; Option Period 4: 1 November 2019 -31 October 2020) that expires on 31 October 2020.
