- Solicitation for NSN: 1620-00-004-9872/ 0059009854, Lock Link Assembly, Goodrich Corporation (CAGE 13002), Ontic Engineering and Manufacturer (CAGE 45934), Part #2578099. The only approved sources for this item are Goodrich and Ontic. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. The solicitation issue date will be on or around September 17, 2015 with a close date on or around October 19, 2015 for a quantity of 64 each. This is a Navy Critical Safety item. This solicitation will be solicited as an unrestricted acquisition and result in a firm fixed-price contract without options. The required delivery schedule is 16 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection/ acceptance origin. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is on or around September 17, 2015 and the anticipated closing date is on or around May 19, 2015.
