- Description
- The Connecticut (CT) Air National Guard intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Advantor Systems Corporation, 12612 Challenger Parkway, Suite 300, Orlando, FL 32826. Requirement is for the installation of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and CCTVs for an Advantor Integrated Monitoring System for the Munitions Support area on Bradley Air National Guard Base (ANGB), East Granby, CT. Upgrades must maintain full functionality with already owned/installed software and hardware. Additional hardware will be added to expand and tie into the existing Alarm system. Unit will be using the existing infrastructure which is solely compatible with Advantor systems. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. All qualified sources must respond in writing not later than 2:00 PM (E.S.T.), September 7, 2015. Contractors must have a current registration with System for Award Management (SAM) with Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://www.sam.gov.
