- RFP Number VA262-15-R-1240 This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a pre-solicitation only. After review of the responses to this pre-solicitation, a solicitation announcement may be published in the Fedbizopps website. Responses to this pre-solicitation are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this pre-solicitation announcement. The Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources for a potential SDVOSB contractor to provide preventative maintenance and repair of Vidir Bed Lifts. The contractor will be required to provide the services for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. If you are a SDVOSB and is interested, and are capable of providing the required services please respond to this pre-solicitation by providing a statement of qualifications. The intended contract period will be for a base year and four, one year option periods, which is to begin on or about March 1, 2016. Response to this notice should include company name, address, and point of contact. Responses to this notice shall be e-mailed to the attention of Alfreda Hunter at: Alfreda.hunter@va.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received in writing no later than 4:00 p.m. September 9, 2015. A solicitation will be announced on or about September 10, 2015, and all interested SDVOSB must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Responses to this pre-solicitation are not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
