- "THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY" Request for Quote/Proposal Boiler Repair and Preventative Maintenance Services The Northlands Job Corps Center (NJCC) located at 100 A MacDonough Drive, Vergennes, VT 05491 are desirous of a fully insured Boiler Repair and Preventative Maintenance Services vendor to submit a bid on the federally funded project mentioned herein; and if successfully awarded the subject blanket purchase agreement, to satisfactorily perform the following services according to the established criteria contained within same. Potential bidders must be located within a close proximity of 30 miles or less from the center. P otential bidders will be evaluated on references submitted, past history of performance if applicable and submission of complete bid package; P otential bidders must have or obtain a Dunn & Bradstreet (DUNS) number to be awarded a federal contract. Potential bidders must be registered in (SAM) SAM.GOV - system award management before being awarded a federal contract. Final bids are due to this center, not later than October 15, 2015 at 4:00 PM. A center walk through for this quote/proposal will take place for all interested vendors at 9:00 AM October 1, 2015. Please sign in with the security office and the point of contact (POC) for the walk through is the Center Maintenance Manager. A vendor walk through sign in sheet will also be available in the administration building. POC for bid submissions is the Purchasing Department.
