- This Request for Quotation (RFQ), N6227115Q1334, is for editing support for the Combating Terrorism Exchange (CTX) journal prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13: Simplified Acquisition Procedures and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Postgraduate School intends to procure editing services for the CTX journal for a base period of six months and three six-month option periods. This Request for Quotation seeks pricing for the services listed above. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable. Anticipated award will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. Please see accompanying Request for Quotation and Statement of Work for details.
