Description

Issue Date: September 2, 2015 Response Date: September 8, 2015 Solicitation Number: VA101-15-Q-0175 The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) intends to negotiate with West Publishing Corporation, to provide subscriptions for the Veterans' Appeals Reporter and Veterans Appeals Digest for Office of General Counsel (OGC) attorneys for a base year with four one-year options. The proposed action is a print version of the case decisions of the Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims (CAVC). This product involves delivery of monthly updates, quarterly updates, and print volumes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
