- DRAFT SOLICITATION. This is a DRAFT SOLICITATION; NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. Any questions should be submitted in writing to the reference Point of Contact. Pricing Tables Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) Performance Requirement Summary Workload Data The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG, on behalf of the Deputy chief of Staff, Army G-3/5/7, Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and Proliferation Policy Division (DAMO-SSD) intends to release request for proposal W91CRB-15-R-A001 on or about September 16, 2015 for Research and Analytical Support. This acquisition will provide subject matter experts with a focus and emphasis to providing long-term continuity with specific emphasis on CWMD within the pillars of nonproliferation, counter-proliferation, consequence management and program management. One Firm Fixed-Price contract is contemplated. The anticipated period of performance is five (5) years. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) as http://www.sam.gov. GENERAL INFORMAITON: INCUMBENT: SAIC CONTRACT #: W91WAW-12-C-0085 END DATE: 28 January 2016 The official release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the internet at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site located at the following address: https://www.fbo.gov. The on-line version of the RFP includes all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of this RFP will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. Frances N.
