- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for Landscaping Services located within the vicinity of Roseburg district area of responsibility. The performance period is from 10/01/2015 through 09/30/2020. The performance period includes a one-year Base and 4 one-year options.
