ETR Terms and Conditions 5 NJCC FAR Clauses 2015 4 W-9 form - Must be completed and submitted with Bid Package 3 NJCC Vendor Acknowledgement Form - Must be completed and submitted with Bid Package 2 NJCC-2015-Student Payroll Security Services -SOW-attachment b 1 NJCC-2015- Security Services - Student Payroll Only- RFQ-SOW "THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY" Request for Quote Security Services for Student Payroll The Northlands Job Corps Center (NJCC); located at 100 A MacDonough Drive, Vergennes, VT. 05491, are desirous of a fully Licensed, Certified and Insured Security Services Vendor to submit a bid on the federally funded project mentioned herein; and if successfully awarded the subject contract, to satisfactorily provide the following security services according to the established criteria contained within same. All b idders must have a "Dun & Bradstreet" (DUNS) number to be awarded a federal contract and provide documentation of such. All bidders must be registered in "System for Award Management" (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ before being awarded a federal contract and provide documentation of such. Final bids are due to this center, not later than October 15, 2014 at 4:00 PM. Point of contact for this project is the NJCC Purchasing Department.
