- RFQ N00253-15-T-0567 Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to Mart Tech Services to provide analysis and testing on (3) Tornado 40 Retractable Turntable Power Washers used at the Pearl Harbor IMA for parts washing. An option will be included to complete repair and maintenance based on findings. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-S1. The solicitation number issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-15-T-0567 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 and has a size standard of 7.5 million. The government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Det Keyport, Submarine Torpedo IMA Pearl Harbor in Ewa Beach, HI 96706-3381. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation. This solicitation is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes.
