- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Snake River Area Office, has the requirement for physical exams and record management. The contractor provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform Medical Qualification physical exams. This action will provide physical exams for the Snake River Area Office within the PN Region of the Bureau of Reclamation for employee positions designated for medical surveillance and necessitating medical qualification determinations as a condition of employment. The contractor will also be required to manage and scan approximately 2000 medical records. The contract will be for one base and two option years, a total of three years. The Classification Code is Q and the NAICS code for this requirement is 621498 and the size standard is $20.5M. This is an unrestricted procurement. Written quotations will be requested through a Request for Quote with an anticipated issue date of September 2, 2015 and response date of September 10, 2015, but all dates in this notice are subject to change.
