- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (i) Request for quotation (RFQ) No. W9126G-15-T-0132. (ii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-76, dated 25 Aug 14. (iii) This is being procured as an UNRESTRICTED procurement under NAICS code 336112; small business size standard is 1,000 employees. (iv) A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable): See attached RFQ W9126G-15-T-0132. (v) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Purchase of Utility Terrain Vehicles, brand name or equal, for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District. (vi) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point: See attached RFQ W9126G-15-T-0132. Three delivery locations. (vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, apply to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (viii) A statement regarding the applicability of the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, if used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision. If this provision is not used, describe the evaluation procedures to be used: N/A (ix) All offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer: See attached RFQ W9126G-15-T-0132. (x) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause. (xi) A statement regarding any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices: See RFQ W9126G-15-T-0132.
