- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western Service Area has a requirement to provide Fire Sprinkler System Maintenance Services at the Boise Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and Base Building in Boise, Idaho. Services are to commence on October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 for an initial base year, plus Four (4) one-year options running from October through September. SET-ASIDE INFORMATION: SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS FOR NAICS CODE 238220 (FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM MAINTENANCE SERVICES). SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: Complete instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors can be found in Section L of the RFO. RESPONSES ARE DUE BY: 4 PM (PDT), Friday, September 18, 2015. NOTICE for informational purposes for Minority, Women-owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
