Map of Proposed Appraisal This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis solicitation is for Apprasiasl Service for the Emergency Watershed Protection Program (EWPP). This solicitation number AG-1106-S-15-0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ, and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 12.6 Commercial Streamline and Part 13.5 (Test Program) are being utilized. The Government anticipates this solicitation will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The estimated award date of the contract is September 18, 2015. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83 effective date August 3, 2015. This is a 100 % set aside small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 531320, which has a size standard of $7.5 million.
