- Performance Work Statement Contractor Submittal Form Additional Terms and Conditions. Combo Synopsis/Solicitation. The 21st Contracting Squadron at Peterson Air Force Base (AFB), CO is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a formal solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA2517-15-T-6046, FireWorx System Upgrade is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. This acquisition is being solicited as Full and Open Competition. The NAICS code is 334290, Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 personnel. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotes received.
