- Solicitation Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for 6 each cold chisel set, 6 each 6" twisting pliers, 6 each cordless drill kit, 6 each 38 piece screwdriver bit, 6 each rechargeable flashlight, 6 each machinist scriber, 6 each 8 piece probe set, 4 each torqometer, ½" drive, 4 each torqometer, 3/8" drive, 4 each torqometer, 48", 4 each master rethreading kit, 4 each 117 pieces tap and die set, 4 each 17 pieces general service set, 4 each general service 17 pieces set, 4 each impact socket set metric, 4 each deep impact socket set, 4 each hex socket driver set, 4 each dead blow hammer set, 4 each soft face hammer, 4 each ball peen hammer, 4 each engineer heavy duty hammer, 4 each striking prybar, 4 each 24" striking prybar, 4 each 12" adjustable wrench, 4 each external pipe wrench, 4 each 12" handle wrench pipe, 4 each multi-spine extractor set, 4 each laser tachometer, 2 each infrared thermometer 9v, 2 each tethered grease gun, 4 each precision micro tools, 4 each ESD precision tweezer, 4 each ESD tech tweezer, 4 each ESD safe pro pliers, 4 each ESD safe flat nose pliers, 4 each ESD safe bent nose pliers, 4 each ESD safe round nose pliers, 4 each 7 pieces pick and probe set, 4 each E-Z pick anti magnetic tweezer, 4 each 5" shearcutter pliers, 4 each precision knife set, 4 each dremel corded combo kit, 4 each dremel all purpose accessory, 4 each 14 piecs dremel multi-max kit, 4 each needle file set, 4 each 396 wide opening panavise, and 4 each bench clamp base mount. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-15-T-0559 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. The proposed contract is unrestricted. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332216 and has a size standard of 500 employees. The government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes.
