- The National Institutes of Health / National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIH/NIAID) in support of the Division of Clinical Research (DCR) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition a contract - base year with four (4) option years - to provide comprehensive maintenance support services for one analyzer equipment - STA Compact MAX, s/n 4010526 - with Diagnostica Stago Inc., 5 Century Drive, Parsippany, NJ 07054. The covered / services to include but not limited to the following: • Toll free support; • Unlimited service calls with on-site response within 24 hours (Monday - Friday); • All parts covered (wearables such as needles, syringes, etc. • Preventive maintenance two (2) times per year. All responsible sources that are certified by Diagnostica Stago may submit a proposal showing their capabilities and past performances providing service for this type of equipment. The vendors shall provide certification from original manufacturer that they are authorized to perform these services and have access to OEM and updates. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423450, which has a Small Business size standard of 500 employees. The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether this requirement is available for competition. All responses shall be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. (ET) September 9, 2015. Email submissions are acceptable, however, the subject line must include and begin with the solicitation number (NIAID-NOI-1750371).
