- Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor is to provide the item(s) in the below delivery schedule prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The 379th Contracting Squadron at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar intends to award a single, firm fixed priced contract for the below items. This RFQ is being solicited as unrestricted; The NAICS code for the acquisition is 334510 and the size standard is 500 Employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. The Government intends to make an award without discussions; therefore each offerors quote should be complete, accurate and their best price. The Government reserves the right to enter into discussions if necessary. One award will be made based on which offer is fully in compliance with requirements, and provides the lowest price technically acceptable. Please see the attached solicitation for more information.
