- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP-solicitation issue date 09/18/2015 and respond due date 10/19/2015. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 009592869 and set-aside for 100% SB with expectation 2 SBs offering 2 different SB mfgs' parts as approved sources of supply that retain data rights. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-16-R-1000, issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1560-01-626-8882, Support, Structural for 285 each. Item is Critical Application and Export Controlled applies. Item is not commercial and production is in accordance with Part Number 264J213001-16 requirements. Request delivery objective is 448 days total; 208 days after received order for production, 120 days for Government First Article Testing on 1 units; with 120 days for Government Test/Eval. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin.
