As a result of the test results: ********************************************************************************* A) Line Item 00040, Option #3, is revised from an estimated 200 square feet to an estimated 500 square feet; ********************************************************************************* B) The Project Manual, Attachment 0001, is revised and dated August 26, 2015, attached herewith as Attachment 0001A, and changed in the following locations: 1) Cover Sheet, 2) List of Drawings - page 4, 3) Specification 011110 - Summary of Work - Page 5, 4) Spec 028200 Asbestos Remediation - page 23, and 5) Attachment - Option #3 - new pages: 47 to 51; C) The Drawings are revised and attached herewith as follows: 1) CS Cover Sheet and 2) A2a Roof Plan & Elevations - August 26, 2015; D) The DOL Wage Determination to General Decision Number: MA150001 Mod. 11, dated 08/21/2015 MA1 remains applicable as attached to Amendment 000002; and E) As a result of this amendment, the Responses Due Time and Date remains 10:00AM ET, Monday, 08/31/2015..
