- This modification is to upload the answers to questions received during the Q&A period. All other aspects of the solicitation remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns with the NAICS 541511 and the size standard is $27.5 million. All questions must be submitted to benjamin.m.neely3.mil@mail.mil no later than 5:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time on 24 August 2015. Questions will be answered on a not attribution basis in an amendment to this solicitation on FEDBIZOPS no later than the close of business 28 August 2015. The response required date is 14 September 2015 at 8:00 A.M. Mountain Standard Time. All proposals must be submitted electronically to CPT Ben Neely at benjamin.m.neely3.mil@mail.mil. Hardcopy and facsimile proposals will not be accepted.
