- Pricing Sheet Wage Determination Photos PWS RFI REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/ SOURCES SOUGHT C-123, C-9 and C-133 (Vertical Stabilizer Only) Aircraft Painting to Dover AFB. 25 August 2015 (a) The Government does not presently intend to award a contract at this time or to otherwise pay for the information requested, but would like to obtain pricing on the basis of this request. (b) Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this RFI, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) This request is issued for the purpose of determining whether or not industry possesses sources capable of performing the following requirements at the Dover AFB, DE. 2.GENERAL: Interested parties are invited to submit their information/quote.
