Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (Provisional), Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center (KACC), Fort Meade, MD intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source contract for the Department of Ophthalmology to provide surgical corneal tissue, to TBI/Tissue Banks International, doing business as (DBA) Medical Eye Bank of Maryland, 815 Park Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21201-4806. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
