- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the Installation of Metal Roofing and Metal Siding (contractor to provide all management, labor, supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform work outlined in the Scope of Work) for J. Edward Roush Lake, located in Huntington, IN. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990. The size standard is $36.5 Million. The solicitation will be available on the web only. Telephone and FAX requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can view, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. To download the solicitation for this project, contractors are required to register at the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fbo.gov.
