- This amended Justification for Other than Full and Open Comeptition (JOFOC) raises the sole source authority from $25,000 by $100,000 to a total of $125,000 fo ryears two through five for the reamaining years of multi-year contract FTC-13-H-3200. The original JOFOC was $25,000 and was approved on September 29, 2013 by the Contracting Officer. The period of performance for multi-year contract FTC-13-H-3200 is from 9/30/2013 through 9/29/2018. The FTC has obligated $25,000 for the base year and the second year for a total of $50,000. Modification 04 is for adding an additional $25,000 for the the third year and it is anticipated that the FTC will require those services for years four and five for annual price of $25,000. This amended JOFOC is for a total of $100,000 and covers years two through five.
