Description

Certs & Reps 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 1449 EOIR has a lowest price technically acceptable parking request for a firm fixed rate and to be paid monthly in arrears. Provide "1" parking space within three blocks of Boston Immigration Court, Address: JFK Federal Building, 15th Sudbury Street, 3rd Floor, Boston, MA 02203. If not already registered, register for CCR on-line at http://www.ccr.gov/. Failure to meet any of the above information will result in the quote being removed from consideration. Quote must also be submitted before deadline to be considered. The period of performance is as follows: Base Period: 10/1/15 - 9/30/16; Option Year (1): 10/1/16 - 9/30/17; Option Year (2): 10/1/17 - 9/30/18; Option Year (3): 10/1/18 - 9/30/19; Option Year (4): 10/1/19 - 9/30/20. (End of clause) Evaluation of Options (FAR 52.217-5) (July 1990) Except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) not to be in the Government's best interests, the Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
